Clinic Governance

1. OHIP & Administrative Identification

Patients are legally required to present a Valid Provincial Health Card (OHIP) at every medical encounter. This ensures accurate billing and identity verification for clinical safety.

Expired cards or missing documentation will result in an immediate Missed Appointment Fee of $50 - $100.

2. Scheduling & Sibling Policy

Appointment time slots are strictly allocated for one patient only. If multiple siblings require clinical attention, individual slots must be reserved in advance. We cannot accommodate "add-on" patients during a scheduled visit.

3. Cancellation & No-Show Policy

Central Park Medical Clinic requires a minimum of 24 business hours notice for any cancellations or rescheduling. This allow us to provide care to other children on our waiting list. Failure to provide notice will result in non-waivable fees billed directly to the primary caregiver.

4. Zero-Tolerance Workplace Safety

We are committed to a safe, respectful environment. Any instance of harassment, verbal abuse, or physical aggression toward our physicians or administrative staff will result in immediate discharge from the clinic's care.
